Display at Tempe Historical Museum – Dec 2012

Here’s a few pictures of our display at the Tempe Historical Museum. It will be on display until Jan 5, 2013.

The museum is located at 809 E. Southern Avenue, Tempe, Arizona 85282.

We also participated in the museum’s Dec 7th event, “A Night at the North Pole”. A wild guess on my part is about 200 people stopped by our tables during the 2 hour event. There were a lot of kids that were very excited about seeing something built other than sets. (And no, I don’t know how many pieces it took to build the big building.) Come See Cactus Brick at Phoenix Comicon May 24-27

Cactus Brick will be displaying a 15 foot by 40 foot display of custom LEGO creations at the Phoenix Comicon May 24th to May 27th. The display will include a town with over 200 square feet of towering buildings and speeding locomotives. In addition, the display will contain static models from all genres of science fiction and comics. Comicon is open to the public and kids twelve and under are free with a paying adult. We’re Looking for a Few Good Builders…

…or just enthusiastic builders!  If you are an adult and live in (or can get to) the Phoenix area on a semi-regular basis and love building and creating amazing and interesting things with LEGO, come check us out.  We meet on the third Saturday of every month, click here for more detailed information.

We’re trying to pull some of you guys out of the woodwork and get you involved.  We know you’re out there, don’t be shy.  Come to one of our meetings, have some fun, share your creations and your hobby with the rest of us.  We’re looking forward to seeing you!
