Cactus Brick will have a Lego train layout at the Tucson Toy Train Meet & Show in Tucson, AZ on Jan 10th-11th, 2013. The hours are on Friday: 2PM – 7PM and on Saturday 9AM – 2PM.
We had 14 people attend our December 21st meeting (3 new people). The main big event was the gift exchange (white elephant or dirty brickster), but we had a few things that people brought in to show:
Steve A’s old city set from the 80’s
Chris P’s tower building
Corey’s new office building’s bottom section. WIP
Stephanie’s new city layout buildings (the one on the left is WIP)
Randy’s Warner Bro’s Watertower (WIP)
Christmas Gift Exchange (Josh got first pick and seems happy about it)
We were at the Arizona Toy Train Show on Dec 7th, 2013 in Glendale, AZ. We had a great city/train layout and a play area for kids to build with either normal Lego bricks or with Duplo. Here’s some pictures of the event:

We were at the Tempe History Museum’s Band Night on Dec 6th, 2013. In addition to 5 static displays that are going to be at the Tempe History Museum for the entire month of December, we also brought displays for their Band Night on Dec 6th. There was also a play brick area that was very busy most of the night. Here’s the pictures of our display:
